Job description:Main roof to be replaced with concrete or clay tiles (previously slate) and 2nd dormant chimney stack to be taken down to just below roofline. Also new roof to replace flat roof on L shaped kitchen extension - would prefer more of a hipped/pitch/lean to but obviously you'd know which is the right one. The main roof is approx 7.30 x 7.80 M and the extension is 6.4W x 4.8 x 7.28M - there is 84cm from the top of the flat roof to the window ledge of the bathroom window. May just get one of the roofs done depending on quotes
