Ridge tile needs repointing and loose tile sliped out of place needs attention in Kirkhill

Job description:This is a 1940s two storey semi detached house with a pyramid shaped roof. I think the tiles are made of concrete. One at the bottom row has slipped down and is resting against the guttering and a part of the ridging near it needs re-pointing. There is also a hole beside one of the back windows at right angles to the roof, not sure if it is also re-pointing of what it should be filled with. The whole roof is also badly affected by moss should this be removed? If so we would also want this done
