Job description:I live in a 1930s semi - two tiles have come off my roof at the back of the house which need replacing. Additionally though I have a sloping roof which juts out at the back of the house (which starts beneath back bedroom window level and ends at just above back door level). The bottom row of tiles on this roof have 'dropped' and look uneven. I believe this is causing water to get into the old wooden fascia underneath this row of tiles and causing it to rot, also the guttering which runs the length of this roof is very old (iron??). I need the bottom row of these tiles replaced, the wooden fascia replaced with upvc equivalent and also new upvc guttering. (the rest of the house already has upvc guttering/fascias so this is the only bit that needs replacing).
