Job description:We have a section of flashing that has been identified in the building survey when we moved in as needing repairing or replacing. The house is a 2 bedroom terraced house, built in 1900. The flashing is where the chimney meets the roof and has degraded due to weathering. The chimney is a single stack. I am unsure of the material used for the flashing, but it is not of any specialist type.
