Job description:Aviation museum building with flat roof throughout. One section is perfect. Older section - approx 180SqM - is bitumin/scrim which has deteriated. Tried Ruffabrush and Rubba Roof Pro over successive winters both of which failed by spring. Now looking for an idea of what a professional repair/re-roof will cost a charity with no money.
