Job description:We are getting damp patches in the ceiling of our loft room at either end of the roof. Some remedial work has been done by a previous builder but the problem is still there. At one end it is within the vicinity of the chimney, at the other end it is where the house adjoins our neighbours property. Damp patches have been marked with a pencil and get neither larger or smaller in wet/dry periods. The property is an old farm house built circa 1744.
