Job description:roofer/carpenter to construct doormer convertion/room to gable end at side and rear off 3 bedroom semi. i shall provide all materials/scaffolding. tradesman to show me other work they have done. need to asap as plans/building regs have now been approved. figure for around £3500 to £4000 is for labour as thats my budget. i shall get rid off all rubbish, and dont mind working with u as a general labourer.
