Job description:I am seeking quotes for the following, to a semi-detached house. 1. approx 2m40 (8ft) wide upvc front room window which was installed without appropriate lintel (house previously had wooden frames) has allowed brickwork above to sag - requires lintel & rebuild affected section of brickwork. 2. Skim textured ceiling & all walls in front room, approx 3m80 (12ft6) by 4m40 (14ft5), to smooth finish. 3. replacement of rotten wooden guttering - house is semi 5m20 (17ft) by 7m10 (20ft) so requires approx 18m of new guttering. 4. re-positioning of a small number of slipped roofing tiles on one corner of the house.
