Job description:My bay windows leak and apparently the flashings need replacing. They were coated with rubber paint as a temporary solution but they need fixing. Also, it would be good to know how bad a state the roof as a whole is (you can see daylight in the loft and lumps of filling blow off in the wind) and how much it would cost to fix.
