Job description:Existing roof to be retiled, insulation batts, possibly rafter requiring treatment. Large dormer to have existing timber cladding to be removed replaced with upvc. Insulation to domer where possible and under flat roof also. Dormer flat roof posslbly requiring replacement. Chimney requires repointing and flashings as necessary. All gutters and rainwater goods requiring replacement (timber gutters).

Budget:£2,000 - £4,000
