Flat roof leaking over a dorma window on the landing in Garforth

Job description:We have a leak on the house. Water is leaking in from the top of a UPVC dorma window and where the flat roof joins the main pitched roof on the house. The water leaks in a line across the top of the window. Details: Flat roof dorma window - 1.5m X 2m - fitted with a double glazed, upvc window - Has roofing felt - Sides of dorma are UPVC slatting. We need a permanent fix as a quick fix has already been attempted with sealent and roof tar. Thanks
