Job description:Old slate roof in need of general repairs. Some roof tiles are loose/resting in gutter and in need of fixing/replacing, and chinks of light can be seen in the loft space. Mortar/pointing on the ridge tiles/roof verge/chimney may also need re-doing. Budget is for short-term repairs only. Would also like a quote for a complete re-roof (using existing tiles where possible).
