To check / review chimney cap as water is dripping down inside chinmney in Horsforth

Job description:There is a drip (not in all rainy weather??) from the chimney into the interior master bedroom. the main wall does not appear damp so I suspect that it has lost its cap or the mortar around the chimney pot has perished? This needs investigating/checking
