Leaking flat roof over bay window in Kirkstall

Job description:The flat roof above the bay bedroom window requires repairing as it is leaking quite a bit. From inside the room it looks like the leak is coming from a couple of points which can easily be located (whilst its raining) to the back of the bay. The room is located on the first floor so a ladder would be required. Our house is a 1930s semi.Please provide a quote.
