Replacement of weatherboard in Kirkstall

Job description:new weather board required as old one is rotten and water is leaking through a crack down onto exterior wall & outside of gutterpipes. 4 storey house so will need tall ladders. Also could do with top of chimney being checked to makes sure nothing able to fall down it.
