Re-tile entire roof. in Middleton Park

Job description:The roof is on a Semi Detached 1950's ex-council house. The roof is in disrepair with lifted, broken, bodged tiles and missing pointing on ridges. The roof is in an L shape on a corner plot. I've had a small problem with a leak into an upstairs room where the 'L' valley meets on the front side of the house. I don't want it getting any worse. Ideally, I'd like a quote for the entire roof. This would mean removing (and disposing of) all the current tiles, replacing loft insulation, adding roof lining (currently doesn't have any), replacing lead flashing and fitting new tiles. Builders must be appropriately registered with known organisations (e.g. Guild of Master Craftsmen, UKCPA, CRC etc). Quotes given *must* include VAT.
