Job description:The house is a 1930s semi in Meanwood/Chapel Allerton. These are repairs we need before putting the house on the market. Both downpipes are rusted through and need replacing (not the soil pipe, which is fine). The guttering also leaks in places, and we would like the appropriate sections replacing without changing the facia behind them. In addition, there is a cantilevered overhang above the front door, made of wood with a lead sheet on top. Some of the wood is rotted (a previous owner put plant pots on it), and we would like this making good. The wooden supports that go into the wall are sound, so only the horizontal overhang itself needs rebuilding. Finally, we would like gas cowls installing on top of the two chimneys.
