Water seeping into front bedroom. We think it might be water from the gutter leaking in in Morley

Job description:Water is seeping into the corner of our front bedroom in our terraced house. We have had 2 previous cowboys and this has been going on a while. It has caused water damage and has been going on for nearly 2 years. The attic is apparently very dry and so it is thought it might be coming from the gutter or elsewhere. The gutter does leak when it is raining so this is a possibility. My guess is that ladders would be needed.
