Job description:After an independent survey was performed it has come to light that our chimneystack has a slight lean and needs looking at as moisture is getting in somewhere. We'd like the pointings, flashings and flaunchings overhauled as necessary and install weather cowls on to the open pots. Also we's like venting ridges and tiles installed to allow air to circulate into the loft space. It has been recommended we have every other ridge tile replaced with a venting one and at least six venting tiles on each of the front and rear elevations of the roof. The roof type is tiled and is part of a mid-terrace house. A ladder will be needed to get onto the roof to look at the chimney stack.
