Job description:Just bought a new house end terrace property that needs some damp and timber work doing. I have contacted specialists to quote for the specialist work, but i am looking for quotes for the repairs to the external render, repairs to the gutters and rwp's and roof if necessary. The main roof is tiled, pitched, 5m long gutters front and back. There is a small (3x4m approx) single storey flat roof that drains really badly. I don't want everything replacing, I am looking for someone to assess and repair what is already there if possible.
