Felting flat roof - possibly new ply/wood too since some rotting in Abbey

Job description:i have purchased felt underlay, felt top layer and adhesive with a view to doing this myself - however some wood is rotten and needs replacing. it's a lean to outbuilding 4.5m * 2m wouldn't think scaffolding required?
