Job description:To supply and erect scaffold to provide a safe working platform. To strip all roof elevations and take away from site. To lath and felt all slopes using 25x38mm tanalised lath and breathable felt. To re-tile all slopes using new interlocking 15 x 8 tiles to match existing. To replace all existing lead-work with new code 4 milled lead. Re-bed all verges and new ridge tiles in 3 to 1 sand and cement mortar. To supply and fit 2 No. standard size rooflights to rear elevation. Take down scaffold and clear roofing debris on completion of all works. To replace all existing fascia/soffit/gutter with new PVC replacement fascia and black half round gutter and downpipes.
