Job description:House was built 1965, red brick with concete roof tiles, two flat slopes to apex no gulleys/no lead work except round chimney. Roof is currently water tight and was well built but need ridge tiles inspecting and re-fixing/replacing. also need closer inspection of tiles although none visibly a problem. Not urgent; before winter would be good. Ridge and tiles covered in moss; possibly spray roof with anti fungal. Have been approached by a roof coating company but not keen on coating. I require you not to walk on the roof tiles but to use crawlers at all times. House footprint is 9.5 metres (ridge length) by 6 metres, rectangle. Ignore budget figure - I expect to pay a reasonable price for a job honestly and competently done. I want a contractor with a good track record, preferably with trade association backing e.g. fed Mstr builders etc. and properly insured. Work will probably be checked by surveyor. Don't reply if you are not prepared to accept this.
