Job description:The roof is a standard up and over with 1 apex on a 15 year old house. The tile in question is the end one between the end of the house and the chimney ventilation 'tile'. I already have a replacement tile identical to the old one, as the house came with a few spares, just need it fitting. With regards to access, the end of the house is next to the neighbours driveway, so should be fairly straight forward to gain access to the apex and missing tile.
