Job description:Knock fodn internal load bearing wall and put in RSJ- plans already submitted. Remove 2 old staircases and re-install wooden ones. Roofing work required: remove old tiles- house 120 years old- original tiles still used- put in insulation( currently tiles battened straight onto beams), repair roof using old tiles and new ones where old tiles have been lost 3 storey scaffolding will be required.
