Job description:Flat roof ontop of bay window is leaking and requires repair. The guttering at the front of the house has a leak at the join and reauires a repair. The guttering at the rear of the property has been replaced by plastic but it has not been correctly fitted the water is missing the gutter and spilling down the wall. The gutter requires re-siting . Replace odd tiles which have moved The roof is a slate roof on a terraced house
