Job description:We have a flat roof on an L-shaped extension which runs down the right hand side and then round the back of the house. It was put there at least 20 years ago and is leaking water through the part where it joins the house, leaving black patches on our kitchen wall and making one bedroom wall damp. Smallish ladders would be needed.
