Job description:Re-place existing tiled roof on a 4 bedroomed detached property in L19. Current roof is concrete tiles but I would like a price in both concrete and clay tiles.Roof spars to be treated and top quality materials including tanalised battens, breathable underfelt etc to be used. All leadwork to be replaced. Chimneys to be pointed where necessary. Two small double story bays to be refelted/re-leaded. All rainwater goods to be replaced with top quality deep flow gutters and fittings. Scaffoldoing will be necessary.

Budget:£8,000 - £15,000
