Renew joint between slate and concrete tiled roofs on terraced properties in Kensington and Fairfield

Job description:Supply and erect scaffolding to front and rear main elevations for access and safety. Lift off existing slates and tiles to front elevation right hand break and rear elevation left hand break, set aside sound slates and tiles for re-use, load and remove debris. Strip out existing lead gutter to client’s section of rear elevation box gutter, load and remove debris. Supply and fix new code 4 lead to rear elevation box gutter, all formed and dressed as required. Supply and fix bonding gutter to front right hand break and rear left hand break, all fixed as necessary. Refix salvaged slates and tiles to breaks made out using sound second hand slates and concrete interlocking tiles. Clear debris from site on completion.
