Flat and apex roof in Molyneux

Job description:we have an L shaped porch lengh approx 35 feet long by 3 feet and and the short side of the L is approx 10 feet by 3 feet which i want an apex roof on. i require a free written quote and would like to know what guarantees are avaiale for both jobs. ladders required. on the apex i would like a quote for upvc side and also ridged sides.
