Job description:1. the dual pitched roof needs addition of ventilation to prevent condensation. 2. the bay roof at the front of the house is finished in plain concrete and is not completely waterproof. We need to get a quote for covering with high tensile felt 3. the lean-to roof of the utility room needs improvement as tiles are cracked and the workmanship is poor 4. the ceiling joists of the loft need to be reinforced so that boards can be used for storage 5. the loft needs better insulation
