Roof Underfelt needed in Old Swan

Job description:I have a slate pitched roof on a terraced house, which does not have underfelt. The house is approximately 4 metres wide with an outrigger approx 4 metres long by 2.5 metres wide I would think scaffolding would be needed I need these slates lifting and underfelt fitting when the weather gets a bit better. I need quotes now so I can schedule the job Thanks
