Job description:Damp patch on internal wall in bedroom wall looks like there is a crack in the wall and a leaking gutter on the outside same place. Has been there over the winter so patch looking quite big. Before the winter I cleaned the gutters of a bucket full of moss and thought thst may do it but tennant have advised it has gotten worse.
