Job description:Cast iron downpipe from a plastic gutter has blocked and has holes, pipe needs replacing. Entry of the pipe into the concrete needs re-doing and checking that the water runs into the sewar not under our house - probably need to fit a new pipe in the old one under the ground. Re-pointing/checking slates and gutters at the top corners of the roof (end of terrace house) and checking the chimney for leak possibilities.
