Job description:To the rear of our property, the next door consevatory has a gutter down pipe cut into our water pipe. Unfortunately the neighbours property is vacant due to bereavement. Therefore we're undertaking the repairs. There appears to be a leak in the general area that has permiated through into our kitchen causing some damage to plaster and obviously paintwork. Out insurance company has requested a quote to make good.
