Job description:Good afternoon. Please can you help us. We are currently buying a house near Llanidoes and have had the survey returned highlighting a number of issues. We need to get a quote to proceed with the mortgage on the work needed to bring the house back to habitable, and obviously someone to do the work once the sale goes through! We have been told that the slates are Asbestos and the roof possibly needs repair. We need to know if we can get away with repairing the existing roof or if it will need a new roof and and a quote for the cost of this.
