Job description:Supply and fit white upvc guttering (standard half round), vented soffits, fascias/bargeboards, downpipes to bungalow. Min thickness fascia 16mm, soffit 9mm. Replace felt upto first batten or 300mm, whichever the greater, and fitted under the existing felt. Any rot in the ends of the rafter should be repaired using good quality timber treated with preservative. Remove and take from site, all existing guttering, soffits, fascias, downpipes, old felt etc. Quote should be for replacing all not cladding/capping. Quote should also include your use of any scaffolding, if required. Comprises of 54m roofline total Which inc. 1 gable end 1 x medium dormer (total 4.5m roofline) 1 x bay window in roofline (3.2m) 4 x downpipes
