Flat roof of aviary joining 8x6ft shed leaking at join. in Tollesbury

Job description:I'm a volunteer rescuer of cage and aviary birds. My aviary is 8ft wide and is joined onto the longest side of an 8x6ft shed and the felt of the shed roof has been lifted and a joining piece of felt on the polycarbonate aviary roof has been fitted below this and then stuck down. This is now leaking every time it rains and I can't seem to find a way to stop it and keep my birds in a dry environment. As a volunteer rescuer and I'm disabled I cannot afford an huge amount of money to fix. Please can anyone help?
