Strip old roof and re tile in Graveney

Job description:The property is a terraced house with straight up and over roof. To strip the roof and dispose of old material, line, batten and tile the roof. the flashings were replaced around three years ago so will not need replacing. the house is 5.5m wide X 8.6m deep. It is an apex roof but i am not sure of the pitch, counting the tiles on the roof opposite my property it is roughly 494 tiles either side. they look like marley interlocking tiles but i cannot say for certain.
