Job description:I have a rental property in Middlesbrough which needs urgent attention to a flat roof. The 2nd floor dormer front elevation is leaking and needs a new mineral felt roof and flashing. There is also a need to refix or replace tiles to the front main roof as water is leaking into the 1st floor bedroom. The work will be checked to ensure it is compliant with the council's instructions.
