Job description:There is a dormer to the rear of the property - the roof has two different pitches. We think that the water ingress is caused by slight sagging to the area around the dormer window causing valley tiles to move and leak although we suspect that this may need further investigation to confirm. We are the managing agent and the landlord has stated that he would like a guarantee on the work of more than a year.
