Job description:Leak through the rear of the lounge area last night . It looks as if the roof is in good order as it is ok from the underside in the loft. Cement looks cracked on the lines, and so water has somehow gotten in and under. Ridge tiles need lifting and reconcreting we think. But a general look at the roof would be good. The house was built in 1977 and is the original roof.
