Job description:Hi. Brick chimney had no lead flashing around the base. Appears to have cement instead. House is a mid terraced Victorian. Scaffold prob not needed as seen other roofers use ladders. Would like stepping down the side and not a diagonal line cut thru brick work. Thanks
