Leak above bay on first floor to be stopped in Kenton

Job description:There is a flat roof above the bay window of a first floor bedroom. There are marks on the ceiling of the room which seem to indicate that the material on the flat roof may be in need of repair. However the main leak now seems to be near the front of the roof as the rain is coming in above the curtain rail and running down the window, inside. The house is a three bed semi.The curved bay is 107" in length and 45" deep at its widest. I don't think scaffolding would be needed but ladders will. I would prefer the cheapest method for repair.
