Job description:A small amount of water (drip lines visible) coming into house at point where upstairs walls on front side of house meet the ceiling. A silicone sealant has been used recently to fill the line where the wall and ceiling meet but after cold weather started this week, the water is now coming in again. Suspect problems with front row of roof tiles perhaps (gutters have been cleared recently so unlikely to be this). House is 20 years old and a mid-terrace. House to the right is slightly higher and wonder if flashing along area where our roof meets their wall may also need replacing.
