Job description:I have a damp patch on a back bedroom ceiling. Had same problem about 4 years ago. Tradesman then put new flashing on join to main house wall. Walls are stone, roof slate, sloped. Neighbour just looked at it and thinks might be a crack in a gully. Roof concerned quite high, will need long double ladder. Desperate to find honest, reliable, skilled tradesmen.
