Remove felt, lay insulation and felt over in Newport Pagnell South

Job description:A new felt roof has recently been fitted to replace an asbestos roof, however after having the new roof inspected it was discovered that the new roof does not meet building regulations. The insulation is not adequate and also due to the roof being a cold roof where the insulation is at ceiling joist level and the deck constructed over it, there is a risk of interstitial condensation and further defects. The roof needs to have adequate space between the insulation and deck above for ventilation. With the current configuration it does not appear there is adequate space between the insulation and deck.
