Refix front pvc gutter in College

Job description:one end of a pvc gutter at the front of a small terraced house facing directly onto the street has dropped down a little so as to spill water, either because the fixing has come loose or because the weatherboard benath it is rotten. Therefore I need someone to either to simply refix or to replace the weatherboard and refix. I am a landlord in Bath and would like to have a long term relationship with a local contractor for the two houses I have to manage in newton.
