Job description:Urgent quote required for this and includes: â?¢ Roof: - Roof lining required, - Chipped tiles on both the front and rear planes need attantion / replaced, -The ridge capping tiles are uneven with sizeable gaps in places and need re-bedding. - Bay roof lining needs to be checked for repair & replaced if required. - Corrosion of window frame set in the roof, little in the way of flashing around the rear edge of this window which needs attention. - Chimney, Mortar gaps noted to the rear of the main chimney and re-pointing required. - Lead flashing upslope of the rear chimney may be leaking and repairs may be required. â?¢ Roof Space: - The strut bracing the purlin carrying part of the load of the rear plane of the main roof is split longitudinally and it would need additional bracing to be provided. - Chinks of light are visible in rook space, particularly close to the rear side indicating gaps which may allow water leakage. these need addressing. - Gap was noted at the top of the party wall separating the rear wing from that of the neighbour, this should be filled in order to form a complete fire protection barrier. - Some bricks appear to have been removed from the left hand (viewed form the front) party wall, these need replacing. - Roof space needs insulating.
