Job description:The rainwater between the two Bungalows is not drainging properly. I suspect a blocked downpipe. It also needs a netting guard/cap at the top of the pipe to reduce blockage.
Another item is more intractible; on the other side of the building. Both jobs are labour intensive and not large.
